Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of assigned clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators. The role focuses on improving account performance and supporting revenue growth across multiple business areas.This position requires a balance of commercial awareness, relationship management, and analytical thinking. The Account Manager will work closely with senior management and internal teams to support commercial discussions, identify opportunities, and ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.Location: Hybrid – SliemaResponsibilities:As an Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Manage and develop a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 client accountsBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to support satisfaction and retentionAct as the main day-to-day contact for assigned accountsIdentify opportunities to expand business through additional products, features, or marketsAnalyse account performance and market activity to identify areas for improvementSupport commercial discussions and negotiations in line with internal processesWork towards agreed performance and revenue targetsProvide clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendationsPrepare internal reports on account performanceMonitor KPIs, ROI, and overall account performanceCollaborate with internal teams including Commercial, Product, Technical, Finance, and OperationsGather and document client requirements clearlySupport prioritisation of client needs alongside internal objectivesEnsure alignment between client expectations and internal deliveryWork with Product and Technical teams to support delivery and ongoing improvementsMaintain regular communication with clients via calls or meetingsRepresent our client in meetings, industry events, and conferencesTravel internationally when requiredRequirements:At least 1 year of experience in an Account Manager or similar role within the iGaming industryExperience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients or operatorsUnderstanding of iGaming markets and industry dynamicsExperience in account management, client relationships, and revenue growthCommercial awareness, including performance metrics and ROIExperience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Development, QA, Operations, or FinanceUnderstanding of marketing strategies and player engagement within iGamingStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishInterest in online gaming, including casino and sportsbook productsWhat’s in it for you?Our client offers an exciting, challenging role in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
