The successful candidate will be shared between two branches (in St. Julian's and in Balzan), providing a consistently welcoming and informative experience for clients and contributing to the seamless day-to-day functioning of both locations.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management and operations of the branch.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Branch Manager and team.
- Manage and update property or client information on internal systems.
- Assist clients and stakeholders with enquiries related to services and operations.
- Ensure the branch maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Support coordination, documentation, and general office duties as needed.
- Smart, mature, and pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Hard-working, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work on an alternating schedule, rotating between the two branches (one day at each location), as well as availability to work alternating Saturdays.
- Type of Contract: Indefinite
- Work Setting: Onsite
- Working Days: Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 + Sat 09:00-13:00
- Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
