- Documentation Management: Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining credit files in line with internal procedures.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update client and facility data within internal banking systems.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Follow up with internal teams and clients to secure outstanding documentation or clarify information.
- Portfolio Tracking: Support the monitoring of credit approvals, expiry dates, renewals, and conditions precedent/subsequent.
- Initial Review: Conduct basic checks on client submissions to ensure they are complete and consistent.
- Reporting: Draft summaries and reports for senior team members to assist in decision-making.
- Compliance & Filing: Maintain physical and digital records according to regulatory standards and ensure all sensitive data is handled with total discretion.
- Detail-Focused: A high level of accuracy and a "get it right the first time" attitude.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Background: A Diploma in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field (candidates currently studying will also be considered).
- Experience: Previous experience in a banking support or administrative role is an asset, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.
