- Lead and manage a team of three semi-qualified accountants.
- Plan, distribute and review work.
- Ensure quality control.
- Manage client relationship.
- Render Fractional CFO services to clients.
- ACCA/bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- CPA warrant or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of Xero software.
- Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
