
Technical Support Engineer - Gaming

- Learn our Gaming System and underlying business model/processes
- Provide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for Gaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.)
- Participate in regular configurations of Gaming System
- Communicate with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions
- Expertise in technical support, particular across 3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product
- Knowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices and cloud based development
- Frontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture
- Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing
- Understand of Agile and Scrum methodologies
