- Provide an exceptional experience for walk-in clients, homeowners, and B2B partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure technical requirements meet client expectations.
- Proactively manage leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert inquiries into firm orders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professional standards and company reputation.
- Oversee the client journey from initial consultation through to the final closing of the sale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent level of English is a must; Maltese is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales within home finishing, construction, furniture, kitchens/bathrooms, or real estate.
- A natural closer who is comfortable discussing budgets and technical specifications.
- Currently based in Malta with a strong understanding of the local market landscape.
- Highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
