Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, server OS, IT security, and backup solutions.
Provide 2nd level support across various departments.
Contribute to IT hardware procurement.
Assist in network installation and configuration.
Maintain technical inventory and documentation.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledgeable in server virtualization technologies.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues.
Previous experience with ticket management systems is essential.

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 – €40,000
