This Corporate Lawyer will join a growing firm who are expanding its legal department and offering great internal career development opportunities and a path towards leadership. This is a great role if you want to broaden your expertise and develop your career further.You will be part of a large team of lawyers where you will be placed in a mid-level role, meaning you will be offered guidance, support and leadership from more senior lawyers as well as having the ability to sharpen your own leadership skills by offering support to junior lawyers looking to start their career journey.If you are an avid corporate & commercial lawyer, thrive in a dynamic work environment and eager to continuously develop internally in a reputable firm, look no further.You will:

Draft, review and negotiate agreements;
Advise clients on various transactions related to entities in Matla;
Provide legal advice in various areas such as corporate, commercial, employment and intellectual property law;
Advise management and take part in cross-departmental projects.

Experience:

Warranted lawyer in Malta
3+ years PQE in a client-facing environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOEBenefits:
