- Experience of working in the iGaming industry;
- 2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or others as relevant for the role;
- Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Native Italian speaker, proven professional proficiency in English (B2+);
- Experience of working with/organising promotions;
- Experience of campaign management, to include monthly reporting on campaign success;
- Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization;
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on the customerβs real needs;
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details;
- Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking.
- Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and act as the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
- Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives.
- Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives, maximizing long/short term share of wallet and customer satisfaction;
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship, and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the companyβs gaming solutions offerings;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions in line with customer needs and objectives;
- Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customerβs performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant;
- Building and maintaining genuine, strong long lasting customer relationships on all levels;
- Participating in, and where appropriate taking active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars on behalf of 3 Oaks Gaming.
