- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients by assisting them with reservations and general inquiries.
- Manage the complete rental process, including vehicle pick-ups, returns, and associated documentation.
- Perform thorough inspections of vehicles and clearly explain the rental agreements to clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicle readiness and compliance with customer requirements.
- Stay informed about the fleet and promotional offers to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or within the car rental industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to multitask and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with rental software and computer systems is a plus.
- Willing to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience.
