Due to growth, our client operating as one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta, is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive.General responsibilities will include:

Coordinate content requests from different departments to create compelling and timely content.
Work closely with the organizations Marketing Agency.
Utilize design software to produce artwork that complements our marketing initiatives.
Design artwork and use design software.
Enhance the organizations social media presence and engagement with the target audience.
Support the management of online platforms.
Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns using various metrics and report on performance.
Collaborate in the development and execution of the organisations marketing strategy.
Assist in the creation and implementation of a digital marketing plan across the organisations social media platforms.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to.
Report and work together with the organisations management, communicate results and take initiative as and when required.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

Diploma level education (MQF level equivalent) in marketing, digital marketing or another related field. A degree in this field will be considered an asset.
Strong verbal communication and writing skills in both English and Maltese.
Good understanding of the latest digital marketing technology and strategies.
Basic proficiency in marketing, branding, content generation and online publishing.

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided on the job training having excellent career growth prospects and an opportunity for continual professional development.
