STMicroelectronics (Malta) Ltd. is seeking to recruit an Organizational Development Specialist within the HR Department to strengthen organizational deployment plans and initiatives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing, delivering, and facilitating Organisation Development initiatives for employees or managers (ex. leadership model and organizational culture initiatives)Working with teams to help them transform the way they work through technology, process simplification and ways of working, in order to deliver new outcomesImplementing OD projects and interventions to bring about changes in a team or organization, including culture change initiatives, team ways of working sessions, leadership, and management interventionsTalent Management (Assessments, identification of talent, career and development paths, etc.)Building relationships, understanding the needs of others and designing agile and bespoke solutions that both meet their needs and are aligned with ST approachProfileSkills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate shall:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a subject related to the role (ex. HR, management, etc.)
Have 5 years+ working experience in a similar role
Have experience in Company transformation projects and in OD tools & interventions
Have experience in change management
Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Be structured and have a disciplined approach
Possess the below:

Communication skills
Emotional intelligence & empathy
Openness to D&I
Developing relationships
Ability to work independently
Project management skills
Data analytics skills
