- Troubleshoot technical issues related to IoT SIM connectivity & platforms, guiding customers through resolution.
- Support order fulfilment, ensuring timely closure with excellent customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers & end-users to ensure satisfaction and trust.
- Partner with engineering & product teams to address challenges and drive smooth operations.
- Stay ahead of IoT & LoRaWAN trends, suggesting ways to continuously improve service quality.
- Monitor systems to maintain service uptime, reporting anomalies proactively.
- Tech-savvy, with a Diploma (or higher) in IT or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and a reliable team player.
- Excellent written & spoken English (German is a plus).
- Previous experience in technical customer support is an advantage.
