Additionally, we are involved in Contract Catering, supplying meals to local hospitals and airlines, and have investments in the healthcare industry, providing nurses and carers to local hospitals and geriatric homes.Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a reliable general maintenance person to carry out a range of property maintenance and finishing works. The role includes painting, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing works across different sites. The ideal candidate must be practical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out interior and exterior painting works
  • Perform plastering and surface preparation
  • Complete wall and floor tiling jobs accurately and neatly
  • Handle basic plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Prepare work areas and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Travel to different job sites as required
  • Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good condition
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in painting, plastering, tiling, and plumbing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail and workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must have a valid driving licence — either car or motorcycle licence is required
  • Previous experience in maintenance, renovations, or construction is preferred

  • Ability to read and follow job instructions
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to handle different types of work
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Good level of English
