Essential duties:
(1) Cooperate with support service team leader and provide feedback to team leader, traders and support team.
(2) Help to solve customer queries without ticket escalation and increase customer satisfaction.
(3) Creating monthly KPI report according to customer support agents' performance
(4) Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Required Skills:
Fluent in both English and Spanish language, both written and spoken.
