Internal DescriptionAims International Malta is pleased to be supporting our client operating within the Legal and CSP industries in onboarding a lawyer focused on the Media & tech, DP, and IP specializations.Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Providing legal advice relating to the specified sectors.
  • Assisting with Data Protection Officer (DPO)–related work.
  • Attending court occasionally and supporting litigation matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal practice.
  • Proven expertise in data protection and/or intellectual property compliance.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, especially in the technology sector.
  • Experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is an advantage but not required.
