- Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, quoting, order conversion, fulfilment coordination, and ongoing account management using the company's ERP/CRM systems
- Leverage existing professional networks within MSP, integrator, and enterprise IT communities to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan aligned with company gross profit targets
- Manage debtor performance within your portfolio aligned with current procedures
- Deliver technical pre-sales support by assessing client IT requirements, designing tailored hardware/software solutions, and coordinating with supply chain and operations for seamless delivery and deployment
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting through sales dashboards and CRM tools
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including MSP segments, enterprise verticals, geographic expansion, and strategic vendor partnerships aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Minimum of 5 years' International experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on MSPs, IT integrators, or enterprise/corporate accounts
- Strong technical credibility demonstrated through a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Microsoft Azure/M365
- Proven hands-on experience in technical, customer-facing IT roles
- Demonstrated success in selling IT hardware, networking solutions, software licensing or managed services
- Established professional network within the MSP/channel ecosystem or enterprise procurement landscape
- Fluent in English both written & verbal, any other language would be considered a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, partner engagement and industry events
