- Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, Introduce and maintain cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Spearheading product ownership initiatives before C-Level stakeholders by identifying business needs, documenting key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing metrics to measure progress and success.
- A key responsibility of this role is overseeing a diverse team of over 30 motivated engineers and leaders spread across five geographical locations, with the recent addition of a new location being established in Poland.
- You manage external contracts with tech providers like Microsoft, OpenAI, Altassian, Slack, ServiceNow, Lenovo, and others ensuring cost-effective solutions for all 10 European offices while overseeing the internal budget to optimize IT operations across the organization.
- Qualifications. You hold a Bachelors degree in a related study.
- Experience. Possessing over 5 years of leadership roles within Corporate IT and a solid decade of experience in Information Technology.
- Road Mapping. Proficient in project management with a focus on project-based work, including quarterly roadmap development and long-term mapping discussions.
- Keeping Measures. Capable of strategically defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) while engaging with senior leadership, driving team progress and fostering continuous improvement strategies.
- Leadership. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing distributed teams, working with providers around the world
- Understanding. Of networks, encompassing MPLS and DC, along with practical experience utilizing tools crucial for Service Desk operations, Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory (AD), Office 365, collaboration, and productivity.
- ITIL methodology. Encompassing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in its implementation, ensuring effective service management practices.
