A recognized architectural degree or a related qualification in this field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modelling software.Duties and responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Senior Architect to develop architectural designs and concepts. Generate detailed architectural drawings, encompassing plans, elevations, sections, and details, utilizing AutoCAD. Update drawings as necessary, prepare measurements for procurement and conduct on-site setting out before the commencement of works. Coordinate project activities in tandem with the Senior Architect, ensuring prompt completion. Conduct site visits to supervise and ensure compliance with drawing specifications. Report on the progress of site works and engage with all parties involved in the project. Research materials and industry trends to inform and bolster design decisions. Foster effective communication between the Senior Architect and other project team members. Actively participate in project meetings and conference calls as required. Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned by the company. Skills required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
