- Independently check for control issues, investigate potential breaches and suggest solutions. Be a point of contact for Sportsbook control & integrity questions from various teams within the organisation.
- Handle and document alerts related to integrity. Advise teams on how to manage these issues and ensure thorough documentation throughout.
- Create regular reports on control trends and risks. Share findings clearly with teams across the company.
- Help prepare information for regulators and sports organisations. Act as a contact for related requests, coordinating with Compliance and Legal.
- Ensure that our Sportsbook Terms & Conditions are kept current as products evolve, coordinating with stakeholders to make sure everything aligns.
- Review control risks using data and research. Share detailed reports and suggestions with relevant teams.
- Work with Control operations to build and improve risk scoring systems and monitoring tools in a data driven manner.
- Watch for unusual betting patterns or emerging risks and alert the right teams early.
- Review new betting products for possible risks and provide feedback to help reduce issues before launch.
- Build dashboards and reports. Help others understand how to use them to interpret risk and control data.
- Support tech teams with tools and systems related to betting integrity, risk and control management.
- Assist with training handbooks and sessions so everyone applies control consistently.
- 2+ years in Sportsbook Trading & Risk operations - you understand how a sportsbook works end-to-end.
- Solid knowledge of sportsbook products, trading, settlements and account operations.
- Good understanding of control requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to sportsbook operations.
- Comfortable working with data and able to analyse, interpret and present findings that inform decisions.
- Detail-focused and organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, able to explain findings to different audiences.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and takes accountability for your work.
- Experience with integrity monitoring or investigations.
- Familiarity with control procedures across multiple regulated markets.
- Background working with sporting bodies or integrity units.
- Experience with risk model development or process automation.
- Experience building reports, dashboards or working with data visualisation tools.
