- Assist in the day-to-day management of bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance profitability, and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative beverage menus and promotions that reflect current industry trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management / Diploma in Hotel Management (3-year) or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on bar operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving business targets.
- Knowledge of industry trends, beverage trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
