An international CSP is looking Finance Officer to join their internal finance team.Responsibilities:

Prepare documents for staff expense reimbursements.
Record financial transactions and keep accurate records.
Prepare and deposit cheques/cash following procedures.
Handle finance-related queries from clients, suppliers, and staff.
Post transactions and reconcile internal accounts to support the Finance Partner.
Process supplier payments on time and in line with procedures.
Create and send invoices, statements, and any ad hoc billing as needed.
Make timely payments to tax and government authorities (e.g., VAT, Social Security).
Reimburse staff according to company policies
Issue VAT and acknowledgment receipts for internal and external needs.
Prepare petty cash replenishments according to procedure.

Requirements

Ideally 2 years of local experience working in finance and/or accounting
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

Ideally hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
