- Record and monitor cash inflows and outflows of the business.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements.
- Accept and process payments from customers or clients.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure all financial entries are properly updated.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Maintain and organize financial files, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports when required.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the finance team with administrative accounting tasks.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle financial data confidentially.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
