We're recruiting an Administration Manager on behalf of our client in the construction sector, someone who can keep operations smooth, finances in check, and projects running efficiently.What you'll do:
  • Lead and mentor the admin & accounts team, setting clear processes and performance standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations.
  • Prepare management accounts, support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets, supplier payments, and assist in tendering processes.
  • Streamline office operations, documentation, and internal controls.
Who we're looking for:
  • Strong background in accounting & administration, ideally with construction/project-based experience.
  • Knowledge of local Maltese regulations and fluency in Maltese.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (professional accounting qualification is a plus).
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
