- Lead and mentor the admin & accounts team, setting clear processes and performance standards.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations.
- Prepare management accounts, support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, supplier payments, and assist in tendering processes.
- Streamline office operations, documentation, and internal controls.
- Strong background in accounting & administration, ideally with construction/project-based experience.
- Knowledge of local Maltese regulations and fluency in Maltese.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (professional accounting qualification is a plus).
- 3-5 years' relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
