- Staying informed about industry trends and local market dynamics related to private events
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Sales to develop strategies for maximizing revenue and enhancing guest experiences
- Being responsible to achieve the yearly sales target
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and amenities to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in the booking and contracting process
- Monitoring and analysing sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences
- Actively participating in sales strategy development and implementation, including upselling opportunities and lead generation
- Previous experience in a similar position within recognized hotel brands locally
- Good understanding of the local market
- Proficient in building strong client relationships and managing accounts at various levels.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and people management skills are essential.
- Capability to clearly present sales strategies to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Readiness to exhibit resilience, adaptability, motivation, and a goal-driven approach.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and industry related management systems.
