Design software solutions in accordance with organizational goals
Analyse and resolve complex issues in code and software systems
Identify and evaluate opportunities for business process automation, collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and propose solutions
Boost the implementation of automated processes to amplify overall operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with clients or end-users to collect requirements, provide updates, and address feedback throughout the development process
Adhere to coding standards, conventions, and best practices to sustain consistency and code quality
Generate and maintain technical documentation, encompassing code documentation, system architecture, and development processes
Ensure the transfer of documentation and training to the IT support team for both existing and new applications where applicable
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements

What are you expected to bring?

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Possession of professional certifications in software development
Strong programming and coding skills, particularly with Java, HTML 5, JavaScript, and Python
Proficiency in working with database systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Competence in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 tools, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain custom applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
Previous experience in Agile environments
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate well within a team environment
