Electrical Engineer

• Perform all activities and draft all technical documentation for electrical and low current systems projects;

• Sizing of medium and low voltage electrical networks;

• Design of emergency and ordinary lighting systems;

• Preparation of system layouts, single-line and multi-line electrical diagrams for power and automation;

• Bill of quantity ant estimated material take off

• Technical reports and requests for quotes from external suppliers;

• Technical and economical evaluation and alignment of suppliers bids;

• Site inspections and field surveys.

• Coordination of other electrical specialists and drafters and / or external suppliers.

• Industrial Technical Expert in Electrical Engineering or degree in Electrical Engineering;

• Years of experience in technical design offices or engineering companies;

• Experience in industrial and pharmaceutical field and / or in other sectors;

• Valid driver’s license (Category B).

• Technical knowledge of electrical systems;

• Design and EPCM activities;

• General knowledge of electrical construction technologies;

• GEP (Good Engineering Practices);

• General knowledge of current Malta regulations and rules in electrical and low current systems;

• Microsoft Office and Autodesk AutoCAD

• Autodesk REVIT knowledge is appreciated;

• Capacity to work independently;

• Ability to manage teams and projects;

• Interpersonal skills with clients and other company technical functions;

• Problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English (C1/C2);

• Fluent Italian is appreciated;

• Other languages are a plus.
