A team where smart, driven people can have a massive impact and build something enduring.About the roleWe're looking for an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Balluta Bay office. This role is about learning fast and building real skills. You'll be trained in how websites rank on Google (SEO) and how we use AI tools to move faster and work smarter.You're not expected to be an expert on day one. We're looking for someone who is interested in AI, tech-savvy, and a fast learner. You'll support the growth of our portfolio of websites while developing hands-on experience in SEO, data analysis, and AI-driven workflows.You'll be based in our Balluta Bay office in Malta, with panoramic ocean views, on-site fitness and recovery facilities, and premium amenities that remove friction from your day.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Learn the fundamentals of SEO and handle day-to-day tasks that help our sites rank and perform better.
  • Work with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and command-line interfaces to automate marketing workflows. AI is a core part of how we operate.
  • Research competitors, identify keyword opportunities, and help uncover gaps or trends we can take advantage of.
  • Review site and page-level data to understand what's working and what isn't. When something underperforms, you'll help investigate why.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and internal dashboards.
  • This is not a repetitive data-entry role. You'll take part in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas, and help solve real problems.
Requirements:
  • You're comfortable with technology, pick up new tools quickly, and aren't intimidated by complex systems.
  • You take initiative, don't need constant supervision, and are motivated to learn and grow.
  • When you hit a roadblock, you research, test, and experiment until you find a solution.
  • Strong written English.
  • Must be based in Malta (or willing to relocate) and available to work from the office full-time.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience with any programming language (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
  • Personal tech projects (websites, bots, mods, side businesses, YouTube channels).
  • Experience with competitive gaming, online communities, or content creation.
  • Interest in how search engines, algorithms, or recommendation systems work.
