We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Stutterer responsible for constructing formwork for concrete structures such as columns, beams, slabs, and foundations. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting construction drawings, working with various materials (wood, steel, plastic), and ensuring safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to determine shuttering requirements.Construct and install formwork for concrete pouring, including columns, slabs, walls, and foundations.Cut, shape, and assemble shuttering materials (timber, plywood, steel, etc.) accurately.Ensure formwork is properly aligned, leveled, and secured to avoid movement during concrete placement.Dismantle shuttering after the concrete has set, safely and efficiently.Inspect and maintain shuttering tools and materials.Coordinate with site engineers and other construction workers for timely task completion.Follow health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE on-site.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.Requirements:Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or in a similar construction role.
