The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a proactive, data-driven analyst who excels at translating complex insights into clear, impactful recommendations for diverse stakeholders.What you will be doingCollaborate closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, CRM, and Operations to understand business goals and translate them into analytical tasks.Proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations, based both on spotted dips or anomalies and new opportunities to enhance performanceDeliver actionable insights to support decision-making, with a focus on customer behavior, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.Own multi-brand business and customer cross-sell performance tracking and optimization processesDaily KPI tracking across multi-brands portfolioIdentifying KPI drivers and collaborating with business stakeholders on optimal proactive and reactive actionsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that track brand performance, campaigns impact, operational bottlenecks, KPIs and business metricsPresent findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSkills and Experience RequiredProven experience (2+ years) as an Insight Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced, data-driven environment-ideally within iGamingProactive attitude and a strong drive to improve processesStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience translating complex data into clear business recommendationsHands-on experience with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau)Ability to communicate data through attractive, well-designed visualsBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline).Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skillsStart Date: As soon as we find a match!
