We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our dynamic team in Malta.You will prepare high-quality sushi (nigiri, maki, sashimi) using expert knife skills and fresh ingredients, adhering to food safety standards (HACCP). Responsibilities include crafting authentic and fusion sushi dishes, developing menus, and ensuring consistent presentation. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience as a Sushi Chef, demonstrated competency in culinary arts (preferably with Japanese cuisine focus), and a valid food safety certification. Fluency in English is required; Maltese or Italian is a plus. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions is advantageous.
