
Receptionist (German Speaking)

- Data input and maintenance of client files
- Assisting supervisors with their tasks
- Handling day-to-day client requests
- Filing and performing other administrative duties
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants and auditors (internally) on behalf of clients
- Previous experience would be an advantage, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a similar position. Work experience in the same industry is preferred
- Completed education is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Professional telephone skills and a commitment to providing first-class customer service
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Ecel, and Outlook. ECDL certification or equivalent proof of computer skills is an advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Punctuality and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Already residing in Malta
