Bajada New Energy in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Solar Installer to join their team on a full-time basis.Job Role:The ideal candidate will be chosen with a positive attitude and highly motivated. The selected candidate will be a person with strong leadership skills, who can communicate clearly to all stakeholders, and who display a strong sense of presence and charisma. The selected candidate shall be working with various teams and functions within our operations department. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Renewable Energy Sector.An attractive salary package shall be given to the right candidate.Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Install Photovoltaic Panels & Solar Water Heaters
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Routinely check and services equipment
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Liaise with the technical team and share information across the organization
Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
Build positive relationships with customers
Regular reporting to the technical manager
Operate vehicles in a safe manner.

Requirements:

Are able to work under pressure, both on initiative and within a team
Have a positive approach toward work
Are able to communicate clearly in English
Have a customer service approach that is both friendly and professional
Willing to adapt and learn in an innovative work environment
Able to manage basic power tools
A valid driving license to drive in Malta
Basic electrical knowledge
Work with good attention to detail.
