Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join their multilingual support team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through live chat and email in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As part of a 24/7 support structure, the representative will work on a rotational shift basis, with hybrid flexibility for night shifts depending on experience and business needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Identifies and escalates suspicious activity to uphold platform safety and trust
  • Accurately documents all customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance and tracking purposes
  • Collaborates with internal teams to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction
  • Supports a variety of clients, workflows, and markets as needed
  • Meets individual and team performance goals in accordance with service standards
  • Coordinates with internal departments to ensure seamless and consistent service delivery
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Turkish & English, with strong written communication skills
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role; familiarity with support tools is a plus
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic communication style
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and grow within a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Schedule & Work Environment:
  • Required to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, within a 24/7 support structure
  • Hybrid flexibility is available for night shifts, subject to experience and alignment with our client's policies
  • This is primarily an onsite role, though certain night shifts may be eligible for remote work based on performance and tenure
