- Team Leadership. As the Data Analytics Manager (m/f/x), you will supervise and mentor a team of specialists, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Dashboards. You will create and maintain dashboards and reports, utilizing data visualization tools like DOMO/Tableau to identify abnormalities on the spot.
- Data Analysis. You will support subject experts with data analysis to bring in more insights and data driven decisions
- Collaboration. You collaborate seamlessly with data engineering teams to ensure data sources are accessible and well-organized.
- Stakeholder Management. You collaborate with Customer Operations department heads and executives to understand their data needs and effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategy. You play a vital role in contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. In a similar operational role within the gaming industry, specifically in Customer Operations.
- Data Analysis Expert: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Tech Stack: Proven experience in SQL, DOMO, Tableau
- Managerial Experience: Proven managerial experience of data analytics team
- Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions. Understanding customer operations methodologies and end users' needs is essential to succeed.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills. To succeed in this role, you would require excellent Written and Communication skills.
