We are looking for the best Head of VIP we can find in igaming! Join a rapidly growing igaming operator with multiple brands, offices in several locations, and licenses in several regulatory jurisdictions, to lead and manage their VIP performance across the board!Several Heads of VIP manage different, large teams. The role is office-based and the salary is negotiable depedning on experience but as an indication, your Team Leaders can earn up to €48K basic and €70K with bonuses so you are expected to earn more - but you must be ready for the challenge!

Manage multiple teams of VIP Managers in multiple locations – 5 direct reports and 30 indirect reports
Develop & implement strategic multi-market & multi-brand VIP roadmaps to retain and grow playerbase and profit
Manage and understand your team’s markets and KPIs
Set KPI and other business targets and ensure delivery
Develop existing procedures and implement enhanced processes
Take full responsibility for the productivity of the VIP team
Ensure best in-industry quality performance
Liaise closely with other Heads of VIP

Skills & Experience

2+ years in VIP Team Lead within the igaming B2C
Passionate about VIP management, and always up-to-date on industry trends
Visionary manager with the ability to take data-driven decisions with both long- and short-term results taken intro consideration
Experience of working with multiple jurisdictions and knowledge of various licenses for different regulatory bodies
Experience of working with Responsible Gaming best practices
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
Extremely results oriented
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Highly computer and internet literate with good presentation & reporting skills
