- carry out daily arrival and departure checks
- advise our international guests by email and phone and guarantee a meaningful guest experience
- are responsible for the maintenance of our PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
- check existing reservations as well as incoming payments
- compile monthly overnight stay statistics and ensure smooth handling of commissions
- professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
- already gained initial experience in a comparable position at the front office or in group reservations
- a warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills
- a proactive mindset and you love taking the initiative to get things done
- think analytically, act methodically, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- well-versed in the MS Office universe and have worked with several reservation systems
- fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written
