Fostering a culture of compliance across the company, the company manages their operations based on mandatory requirements and standards to ensure a secure user experience.The salary offered is up to €44K, with typically working 2 days weekly from the office in St Julians, and 3 days remotely (you can work all days from the office, if you prefer).Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Responsible Gaming inquiries
- Manage Responsible Gaming cases and internal communication channels
- Monitor player activity and engage with players directly
- Communicate with players displaying potential risky behaviour
- Compile Responsible Gaming profiles for player accounts
- Follow up on player activities after Responsible Gaming interactions
- Develop and refine Responsible Gaming procedures
- Work closely with AML/Risk/Compliance team members
- Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Min 3 year of Responsible Gaming-issues for the German Market / GGL
- Completed extensive training in responsible gaming
- Up-to-date on the German regulated market
- Strong empathy and compassion for players
- Previous exposure to/interest collaborating with AML / risk
- Happy to work in a partly office-based role in Malta
- Salary €36-44K
- Flexible / Hybrid-Remote role, where you split your work between office and home, with turning up at the office twice per week is standard
