- Managing documentation related to the department by filing and classifying documents, whilst maintaining good record-keeping systems
- Handling customer queries and assisting with purchasing-related administrative tasks
- Verifying shipments against purchase orders
- Preparing items for shipment and return to suppliers
- Implementing shipping and receiving procedures
- Maintaining detailed records and mark materials appropriately
- Following supply chain processes and workflows
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and liaising with warehousing
- Adhering to purchasing policies and negotiating vendor terms
- Implementing warehouse and inventory control policies
- Coordinating product deliveries using material planning knowledge
- Previous experience within Purchasing and Logistics within the local scene is required
- Fluency in Maltese and English, having great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with great organizational skills
- Focused and able to multi-task on occasion
- Be a team player and a problem solver
- Diploma Level of Education will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office
