
IT Support Associate

- Support the IT strategy in order to help the company meet its goals and long-term vision
- Provide first-level support to internal users via the helpdesk system: both local and remote
- Monitor proactively IT assets
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across various platforms
- Follow infrastructure and security best practices
- Liaise with vendors and other third parties
- Educate our internal users on IT systems, IT policies and best practices
- Provide out of office hours support through an on-call rotation system
- Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned by the IT Manager
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT field
- Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience
- Proficient in English
- Passion for learning new technologies
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Vendor certifications (e.g., A+, CCNA, ITIL)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Virtualization, Linux
