Coordinate and manage the maintenance team to ensure the gym’s facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.The maintenance coordinator is responsible for maintaining club facilities and equipment up to standard to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness. Key Duties: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on gym equipment and general facilities (e.g. electrical, carpentry, painting). Develop and implement SOPs and checklists to ensure consistent maintenance standards. Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts; track costs and purchasing. Delegate tasks to maintenance staff and monitor performance through regular reports. Conduct health & safety checks and ensure compliance with standards.
