• Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Professionally manage a high-volume switchboard, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary.
• Record client details and inquiries meticulously in our system to ensure timely and effective follow-up by the relevant team member.
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform general administrative duties such as sorting mail, managing meeting room bookings, and maintaining the reception area's tidiness.
• Serve as a vital communication link within the company.

• Essential:

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and clear, confident communication skills.
• Smart, professional appearance and a polite, patient, and courteous demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
• Highly Desired:
