We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading lifestyle hotel in St Julian’s, seeking an experienced and analytical Revenue Manager to drive commercial performance and maximise profitability.This is a strategic role at the heart of the hotel’s financial success.🎯 The RoleAs Revenue Manager, you will take full ownership of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and distribution optimisation across all market segments.You will combine analytical insight with confident decision-making to drive sustainable revenue growth.📋 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies across all channels

Monitor demand trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Optimise inventory, rates, and restrictions to maximise profitability

Manage distribution channels and ensure rate integrity

Prepare forecasts, reports, and detailed performance analysis

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Proven experience in hotel revenue management
