- Integrate AI tools such as GPT APIs, OCR, related AI Builders into business processes to automate decision support and content generation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities through structured workshops or discovery sessions.
- Develop and share training materials, documentation, and walkthroughs to support internal adoption and upskilling.
- Engage business teams to promote a culture of automation and self-service enablement by showcasing use cases and facilitating peer learning.
- Design and maintain automated workflows across departments using lowcode/no-code tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure workflows comply with access control and documentation standards in line with technology, security, privacy and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live workflows to resolve errors, reduce downtime, and improve reliability.
- Contribute to an internal automation knowledge base by documenting reusable templates, tool guidance, and lessons learned.
- Any other adhoc tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in a technology, engineering, or business-related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience designing workflows using low-code/no-code tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make is essential.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic data structures (e.g. JSON).
- Exposure to AI services such as GPT APIs, OCR and respective Builders and Playgrounds.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple requests.
- Curious and self-driven to explore emerging tools and platforms
