This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic knowledge or academic background in risk management, outsourcing oversight, or ICT/DORA regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to develop expertise in risk governance within the financial services sector.Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s risk management framework
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational, ICT, outsourcing, and regulatory risks
  • Contribute to the preparation of risk registers, incident logs, and periodic risk reports
  • Support the review and assessment of third-party service providers, including outsourcing arrangements
  • Assist in implementing requirements under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
  • Help with regulatory filings, internal documentation, and audit preparation
  • Collaborate with the compliance, operations, and IT teams to strengthen internal controls
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Basic knowledge or academic background in risk management, compliance, finance, or a related field
  • Interest or basic familiarity with outsourcing regulations or DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • A proactive and responsible attitude, with the willingness to learn
  • Based in Malta or eligible to work in Malta
  • Fluency in English
Nice-to-have:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or within a regulated financial institution is an advantage, but not required
  • Russian language knowledge

Salary range:
  • From 2000 EUR gross per month
