Our client, an international Law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join their team.Main Responsibilities :

Support the Partner on a wide range of legal and operational matters, including Corporate, Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Tax, Intellectual Property, IT, and Gaming.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, handle company law matters, and assist with investment and compliance work.
Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and provide business and regulatory advice to clients.
Coordinate with regulators, auditors, external counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage administrative and organizational tasks, including scheduling, document management, follow-ups, and project tracking.
Attend client meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely and accurate support for ongoing matters.

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Law degree with at least two years' experience in Corporate and Commercial law or a related field.
