Junior Tax Executive

- Support tax advisory projects for local and international clients, including tax structuring, asset protection, trusts, investment funds, estate planning, corporate taxation, M&A, transfer pricing, and IP
- Advise clients on changes to domestic legislation and their business impact
- Support the team with various tax-related matters
- Assist in preparing tax refund and shareholder registration forms
- Liaise with the Inland Revenue Department and International Tax Unit on behalf of clients
- Contribute to articles, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle document filing and records retention
- Minimum of one year of experience in tax, preferably with a focus on Maltese tax
- Degree in Accountancy or Law
- Specialisation in tax (e.g. Master's in Taxation, ADIT, or MIT Tax Specialisation) is a plus
- Experience in preparing and submitting tax returns and tax refund applications is plus
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Up to €28K depending on experience
- Hybrid with flexible hours - Summer Hours (July, August - On Fridays we leave at 2pm!)
