As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our French-speaking VIP customersWhat we expect from you:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, while providing exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.
  • Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.

  • Fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Experience in the iGaming or related industry is a plus
