- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Assist in food preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste management practices.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules and deep cleaning tasks as required.Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
