- Actively promote and sell the company's products across assigned areas
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, including shops, supermarkets, and other establishments
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Provide excellent post-sale support and follow up with clients
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to address customer queries effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet targets
- Fluency in English and Maltese (Italian is considered an asset)
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Previous sales experience is considered an asset
- Merchandise and promote products across various retail outlets
- Ensure correct product placement and maintain attractive displays
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves
- Maintain and update promotional stands and merchandising materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management
- Support in-store promotions and activations when required
- Strong communication skills in Maltese and/or English
- Highly organised with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Previous experience in merchandising or sales is considered an asset
